1.0 General
1.1.“Sasparilla Cat”, is an incorporated New Zealand company. All “Sasparilla Cat” website activities come under New Zealand legal jurisdiction.

2.0 Pricing
2.1. Prices displayed on “Sasparilla Cat” website are subject to change without notice. Prices for items on an order are fixed once your order has been accepted. Subsequent price changes either up or down will not be retroactively applied to accepted orders. Prices may be adjusted for any reason and may vary at any time. All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars on the website and in any other correspondence.

"Sasparilla Cat" asserts the right to the copyright of all aspects of the website, except the trademarks, slogans, logos or designs of the products displayed.
4.0 Faulty or Damaged Goods
4.1 Whenever possible, “Sasparilla Cat” website will undertake to repair or replace any goods damaged prior to delivery. “Sasparilla Cat” website will undertake to repair or replace any faulty goods. Damaged or faulty goods will be either repaired or replaced at the discretion of “Sasparilla Cat”. Where repair or replacement of damaged or faulty goods is not possible a full refund will be issued for the value of the damaged goods. Damaged and faulty goods must be returned to “Sasparilla Cat” in accordance with our returns policy.
5.0 Order Cancellation
5.1 Though “Sasparilla Cat” website will endeavor to supply orders placed and accepted on this website, order placement and acceptance do not constitute an obligation on “Sasparilla Cat” website to supply. “Sasparilla Cat” website reserves the right to cancel any order without notice. “Sasparilla Cat” obligations will be limited to protections provided by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.
5.2. In event of any cancelled order, cheque or direct debt payments will be refunded in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. In the event that credit card payment is processed for a cancelled order, refunds will processed in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
5.3 Customers who wish to cancel any order must notify “Sasparilla Cat” website by email by 10am on the next business day following the date of order.
6.0 Returns
6.1 The “Sasparilla Cat” website will only accept returns for the following:
• Goods damaged prior to delivery
• Goods with manufacturing faults
• Goods supplied incorrectly
• Goods that vary from their description on the “Sasparilla Cat” website
7.0 Submissions
7.1 Any submissions between Sasparilla Cat and any customer is to be treated as a submission to Sasparilla Cat. By making any submission to Sasparilla Cat you are granting Sasparilla Cat absolute use of the material, ideas, materials, suggestions, concepts or comments and transferring ownership of ideas to Sasparilla Cat. Sasparilla Cat is not required to name the customer, compensate the customer or reward the customer in any way, unless required by law.

9.0 Colour
9.1 Sasparilla Cat displays products in a variety of ways however colours displayed on a screen vary and may not represent the exact colours in reality. Sasparilla Cat is not responsible or liable for any liability or loss incurred through the colours of the website not matching reality.
10.0 Delivery Policy
10.1 Delivery charges are calculated and added to your order after you enter your delivery location and before you enter your credit card details. You get to see the full charge before completing your purchase. We delivery anywhere within New Zealand and estimated delivery times are stated with the shipping option chosen by or for you. Some isolated area's may require additional delivery time. Delivery times are based from the received payment time.
NZ deliveries are made by PBT Couriers.
11.0 Modification of Terms of Use
11.1 Sasparilla Cat reserves the right to modify these terms of use at any time without notice Sasparilla Cat accepts no liability or responsibility as a result of these changes.
